WINTHROP (CBS) — A car somehow wound up in the water near the Winthrop Yacht Club, leaving one person injured.
It wasn’t yet clear what caused the SUV to go through a guardrail and into the water just before 1 a.m.

The driver, an unidentified man, was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital.
Firefighters said the man’s injuries are not serious and he was walking around before being taken to the hospital.
